The Top-Up MBA is a final year MBA pathway designed for learners who already hold a Level 7 Diploma in Business or Management, or 120 UK postgraduate academic credits. It offers two entry pathways: the Accelerated MBA Pathway Via Level 7, and the Direct Dissertation Pathway. Rather than repeating prior learning, this programme allows students to convert their existing qualification into a full UK-accredited MBA by completing advanced strategic modules and/or the dissertation. Professionals who hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification can complete the full Top-Up MBA through a structured two-stage pathway. Stage 1 consists of six core MBA modules, followed by Stage 2, which focuses on the dissertation. For professionals who already hold a Level 7 Diploma or equivalent postgraduate qualification, the programme offers direct entry into the final stage of the MBA, comprising a capstone project.
This route is suited to applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Professionals with 120 UK postgraduate credits may apply and begin the final dissertation/capstone project directly.
