Prof. ALLAN GARDNER, Faculty of Management
Allan is a seasoned international Human Resource Professional, with a diverse background encompassing the successful management of Human Resource departments in government, manufacturing, transportation, and service industries, as well as expertise in both union and non-union environments. Over the past eight years, Allan has worked throughout the EMEA region as an HR Expert Trainer & Consultant, specializing in HR certification programs, and topical HR subjects.
He received his Master’s degree in Human Resource Management in 2003 from U.S. based Keller Graduate School of Management, graduating with distinction and is currently pursuing a doctoral program in Business.

Dr. Rebel Hanna has a wide range of expertise in Banking and Management, his competencies include Structured Finance, Corporate & Project Financing, Funds Management, Funds Raising for SPVs, Debt Structuring & Reverse Engineering, International Correspondent Banking, Transaction Banking, Distribution of Investment Banking products & services, Cost Accounting Optimization, Branches Network & Operations Management, Total Quality Management, Human Capital /Talent /Knowledge Management, Policy Administration, Risk and Compliance, Customer Relationship Management, Team Building and Leadership. Dr. Rebel Hanna is a lecturer in Many Universities in UAE, Lebanon and France carrying an experience of more than 20 years of teaching, research and training.

Dr. Leah McMillan Polonenko, Faculty
Dr. Leah McMillan Polonenko has worked at Geneva Business School in the UAE since April 2016. She teaches International Business Law, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Research Methods, and Leadership courses. Dr. Polonenko is passionate about educating students to become effective and ethical professionals. Her lectures include blended learning that combines lectures with case studies, small group discussions, and interactive class activities. She aims to help each student succeed by offering a diversity of learning methodology and deliverables. Dr. Polonenko has been an active member of the GBS community, including representing faculty in her speech at the 2017 Graduation Ceremony at the Dubai Atlantis. Dr. Polonenko received her Ph.D. from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. She is committed to ethical business practices and creates opportunities for the discourse of these overarching issues in all of her courses.
Prof Divya Nambiar, Faculty
Professor Divya Nambiar has a Masters in Project Management. She has been associated with Lincoln since 2014. Her corporate experience has been primarily in the field of project and Risk management. Her involvement with the industry has been enthralling and she has trained more than 100 batches of students in the UAE.
Prof.Clay Gravais, Faculty
Clay is a research-driven marketing and business development professional. He has a proven ability to take ownership of a project from start to completion. Strong communicator, regularly delivering MBA seminars across the Arabian Peninsula.
Over the last five years, Clay has focused more on sustainability, with a certificate in Corporate Sustainability from Harvard University Extension School, and a master’s degree that he completed in 2017, again from Harvard’s Extension School. He has a strong focus on environmental issues and regularly gives Climate Reality presentations to schools and companies in the region.
